Why work with me?
I bring over 15 years of experience in senior HR, coaching and organisational development roles — so I understand what it’s like to navigate big decisions, growing responsibilities, and the quiet uncertainty that can come with both.

I hold ILM Level 7 and EMCC Senior Practitioner accreditation, and I’m a Firework-accredited career coach. I also understand that not everyone feels they ‘fit the mould’ of a typical leader or professional — and I aim to create an environment that’s supportive, pragmatic and free from judgement.
